Program Objectives

The purpose of this program is to train health personnel, who can acquire images with medical imaging devices, prepare the films and images for further use and provide control and maintenance of devices and equipment.

Vertical Transfer Opportunities

Graduates of this program can transfer externally to the following undergraduate departments:

• Emergency Rescue and Disaster Management,
• Nursing,
• Health Management and Social Services.

Career Opportunities

Students, who graduate from this program, can work at public and private health institutions in medical departments such as radiology, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine as “Medical Imaging Technicians” under specialist supervision.
