Our vision is to educate chefs, who ensure that world cuisine and the culinary culture of our country’s varying locations advance via different techniques, based on scientific methods, possess knowledge and skills as required in the culinary sector, place importance on research and can synthesize knowledge with advanced communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
