In this course, crisis management is addressed from the perspective of public relations, which undertakes the task of managing communication and communication. Two broad topics will be covered during the semester. First, the crisis process, the strategy, models and approaches in the crisis process, the role and importance of research and evaluation is the student. In the scope of the other main subject, the relationship between public relations application areas such as reputation management, corporate communication, problem management, social responsibility, media relations and crisis management will be examined. In addition, crisis management processes will be evaluated through examples within the scope of the course.
