In addition to theoretical knowledge in the field of ethics and business ethics, it includes areas for ethical management, solution of ethical dilemmas, prevention of gray areas, creation and implementation of ethical codes, and application of professional ethical codes.

In this course, the topics covered by sociology as a discipline, the development of sociological thinking, the subject of sociology and its limitations will be discussed. The reasons of different approaches in sociology, the analysis of sociological basic concepts and processes, the history of the development of sociology, the main topics to be covered throughout the period.

The status of Turkey's social structure formed by the individual, groups and communities will be examined in terms of history, politics, economics, education, demographics, urbanization and social gender.
